Romae Gordon made her return to the runway in Paris for Chanel’s Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2026 show on Tuesday at the Grand Palais, following her Milan appearance for Versace last September.
The Summer/Spring collection emphasised architectural tailoring, refined tweeds, intricate embroidery, and elongated silhouettes.
The Grand Palais was transformed into a dreamlike garden of candy-coloured trees and oversized sculptural mushrooms, creating a fantastical setting.
Gordon walked in Look #31, wearing an elongated double-breasted jacket layered over a body-framed dress with feather detailing. The muted palette and meticulous handwork highlighted the precision of Chanel’s couture under artistic director Matthieu Blazy, in his debut collection for the house.
Gordon has modelled for several years across Europe, Africa, and the United States, represented by Elite Premier in London, G3 in South Africa, and Wilhelmina in New York, with credits including Cosmopolitan, Macy’s, and the cover of the British magazine Slimmer.
Chanel’s front row was packed with stars like A$AP Rocky, Nicole Kidman, Dua Lipa, Penélope Cruz, Gracie Abrams, and Margaret Qualley.
