Space is not a problem at this multi-roofed Dream House, with its colossal living space spanning 15,000 square feet on three separate levels, connected by double staircases.

The part-cutstone house has a total of 10 bedroom suites (with private balconies and patios), along with 10 attached granite-finished bathrooms featuring soaking tubs, walk-in indoor-outdoor rain showers and double-basin vanities.

A conspicuous cascading waterfall greets you at the entrance, steering you unhurriedly in the direction of living and dining areas that open onto an enormous furnished balcony, overlooking sea vistas and the heated saltwater swimming pool.

The lower level includes a games room, complete with a pool table, ping-pong and foosball tables. A TV room, fully outfitted gymnasium, office, gallery and arcade round out the lower level.

Global luxury designer furniture and accessories bring prestige and comfort, including pieces from renowned Italian brands Minotti and Flexform, French company Ligne Roset, and Spain’s Baltus.

Jamaica’s top collection of fascinating modern art from its greatest masters is on show here, distinguishing one room after another.

A poolside bar, additional dining area and cutstone firepit with cushioned seating come together on an expansive sloping lawn to bring further enjoyment to the occupants.

Not to be forgotten, and included in the square footage and bedroom count, is a separate, private cottage with its interior wet bar and infinity pool and accompanying viewing terrace.

Where is this mansion located? It’s on a former 2,200-acre sugar plantation, in the hills of Hanover, within a gated estate, with its own beach, tennis and golf facilities.
