Adjustments made to court operations amid TS Melissa

Operations at courts islandwide have been adjusted as Jamaica braces for Tropical Storm Melissa.
The Court Administration Division is reporting that all courts were closed at 3:00 p.m. today to allow staff to make personal preparations and also to prepare the courts for the storm.
The matters listed for Thursday, October 23 will be adjourned and future dates assigned to them and the parties informed of same.
Future dates for cases listed for Friday, October 24, will be identified and communicated to all stakeholders.
