Two men gunned down in Spanish Town, attackers being sought

Investigators assigned to the St Catherine North Police Division are searching for gunmen who attacked and shot two men along Williams Street in Spanish Town this afternoon.
The deceased are yet to be identified.
Reports are that about 2:00 p.m., the two men stopped along the street near a business establishment and were approached by two men who brandished guns and fired shots, hitting both men repeatedly.
The attackers escaped on foot in the area.
The men were assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
No motive has been established for the murder.
The Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the matter.
