Police: 'Significant delays' on PJ Patterson Highway after multiple-vehicle crash

Motorists will face significant delays on the PJ Patterson Highway following a multiple-vehicle collision near the Vineyards Toll Plaza, heading towards Old Harbour, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) says.

It says the accident has left the area impassable.

The police are urging drivers to exercise caution and consider alternative routes where possible.
