Jamar and Natassia Wright, co-founders of Mind Food International, have wrapped up the first season of their podcast, ‘Designers of Change’, positioning it as a serious platform for leadership transformation, workplace innovation, and personal development across the Caribbean and beyond.

Launched under the theme ‘Changes in the Workplace’, the inaugural season ran for 12 episodes, concluding in November 2025. Eschewing the traditional interview format, ‘Designers of Change’ adopted a solution-focused style that blended expert insight, real-world application, and reflective dialogue, offering practical value to professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders at every level.

“We wanted to create something that went beyond surface-level conversations,” said Natassia Wright. “Designers of Change is about equipping people with the mindset and tools to navigate change, lead effectively, and grow personally and professionally.”

Season one tackled subjects ranging from leadership in evolving workplaces and emotional intelligence to organisational culture, employee well-being, and adaptability. The podcast was designed not only to support corporate development and workplace transformation but also to address the human side of change.

“Change is inevitable in today’s workplace,” added Jamar Wright. “Our goal was to help listeners respond with clarity, confidence, and purpose, so they can make a difference wherever they lead.”

Produced by Jace Myrie Media, the podcast achieved notable reach. It streamed on Gospel Caribbean TV, airing in 21 countries and across all Caribbean islands, broadcasted on MAAD 97.5 FM in Guyana, and distributed globally via YouTube and major audio platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music. By the close of Season One, it ranked second on Apple Podcasts, sixth in the Education category, and 10th overall.

Listener data revealed strong international engagement, with the highest audiences in the Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia. Jamaica led regionally, followed by the United States, Canada, and Germany.

With season two being imminent, the Wrights intend to expand reach and deepen impact, positioning ‘Designers of Change’ as a mainstream leadership and personal development podcast. Objectives include teaching broader global and Caribbean audiences, featuring experts from diverse fields — leadership, wellness, business, education, and innovation — balancing strategy with personal growth, and elevating production quality and brand visibility.

“Our vision is to transform lives positively by elevating conversations that matter. Season Two will bring more expert voices while staying grounded in purpose, authenticity, and impact,” said Natassia.

Currently sponsored by Jace Myrie Media and Caribbean Gospel JA, the podcast is seeking additional partners to sustain production and expand distribution. “Designers of Change is more than content, it’s a movement. Strategic partnerships will allow us to grow the platform, reach more people, and continue making a meaningful difference through leadership development,” said Jamar.

With a growing international audience, strong chart performance, and a clear mission, ‘Designers of Change’ is establishing itself as a transformative voice in leadership and personal development. As Mind Food International pursues its long-term goals of brand elevation, global reach, and positive transformation, the podcast remains central to that vision — empowering listeners to become intentional leaders and true designers of change.
