Update | Man wanted in St Elizabeth murder case surrenders

The St Elizabeth police say two of the individuals previously named in ongoing investigations have turned themselves in, while several others remain wanted or listed as persons of interest.
Shane Brown, of New Town, Black River, who was wanted in connection with the murder of Basil Bruce on January 3, has surrendered to the police.
Additionally, person of interest Michael McNeish, otherwise called ‘Johnny’ or ‘Busha’, of New Town, Black River, also turned himself in.
The police are still seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following individuals:
Wanted:
Andre Blackwood, otherwise called ‘Squit Squit’, of Dry Cave Road, Siloah, St Elizabeth. He is wanted for assault of common law and possession of a prohibited weapon in relation to an incident on August 29, 2025, in Windsor District, St Elizabeth.
Persons of Interest:
Johnoi Linton, otherwise called ‘Bad Oil’, of Peacock Heights, New Town, Black River, St Elizabeth.
Ashaune Wint, otherwise called ‘Not Nice’, of Giddy Hall, St Elizabeth, and St John’s Road, Spanish Town, St Catherine.
A man known only as ‘Findo’ of Rice Piece District, St Elizabeth.
The St Elizabeth Police are urging the remaining named individuals to report immediately to the Black River Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB).
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is being asked to contact the St Elizabeth Police Division or the Black River CIB.
