Police probe sudden death of St Thomas security guard

The St Thomas police are investigating the sudden death of a 37-year-old security guard who became ill at his home early Monday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Vijay Brown of Phillips Field in Yallahs, St Thomas.

Reports are that about 1:30 a.m., Brown went home when he became ill and fell.

He was assisted to the Princess Margaret Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Morant Bay police are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
