Police probing death of teen boy in Clarendon, suicide suspected

The police in Clarendon are investigating the death of a teen boy who is suspected to have committed suicide at his home in Carty Hill, Frankfield, on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as 17-year-old Brantae Shaw, a recent graduate of Knox Community College.

Reports from the Frankfield police are that about 8:25 p.m., Shaw's body was found hanging inside a chicken coop with a length of cord tied around the neck.

The police were summoned, and the body was removed.

He was later pronounced dead.
