Kamille Ennis, head coach of the Lacovia High School track and field team, says the programme continues to rebuild after being severely affected by Category 5 Hurricane Melissa, which caused widespread devastation across western parishes on October 28. Despite the challenges, Ennis remains determined to have her team ready for this year’s ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships (Champs), even though her squad will be one of the youngest in the competition.
