FAYETTEVILLE, Georgia (AP):
The United States will play the second leg of its Concacaf Nations League quarter-final at Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium on November 17, the US Soccer Federation said yesterday.
The first leg will be played away from home on November 14 against an opponent to be determined next month. The winner will advance to the semi-finals, which are scheduled to be played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, from March 22-30.
The US is in the early stages of a four-year cycle under coach Mauricio Pochettino, who took charge in 2024. Upcoming friendlies are against Peru (September 26 in Orlando, Florida), Chile (September 29 in St Louis), Mexico (October 3 in Glendale, Arizona), and Canada (October 6 in St Paul, Minnesota).
The Americans lost the 2025 Nations League semi-final to Panama at SoFi Stadium, before Mexico defeated Panama in the final. The US won the competition in 2021, 2023 and 2024.
