A St Catherine man has been charged in connection with the murder of a Kingston businessman during a daytime shooting along Pretoria Road in the capital earlier this year. Thirty-seven-year-old Theo Smith of Waltham Lane, New Land, Portmore, has been charged with murder, possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition, and using a firearm to commit a felony, a police statement said. Dead is 49-year-old businessman Neville Litchmore of Pretoria Road.
