Police seize firearms and ammunition in Flankers, St James

The St James police on Tuesday seized two illegal guns, along with three magazines containing 13 rounds of ammunition, during an operation in Flankers.

No arrests were made.

The police report that about 6:08 a.m., an operation was being conducted during which a Browning single-action pistol, three magazines containing thirteen 9mm rounds of ammunition, and a sub-machine gun were found.

Investigations are ongoing.
