33-y-o man killed in Priory, St Ann

The St Ann police have launched an investigation into the gun slaying of a man in the parish on Monday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Oshane Rankin, a 33-year-old, recording company operator, of Hartland Estate, Priory, St Ann.

Reports are that about 1:30 a.m., Rankin was at home when he was shot by unknown assailants.

Rankin was assisted to the St Ann's Bay Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The St Ann's Bay Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the matter.
