No motive yet in fatal shooting of St Catherine teacher and construction consultant

Police have not yet established a motive for the killing of a St Catherine teacher and construction consultant along Gordon Boulevard in Spanish Town on Friday night.

The deceased has been identified as 44-year-old Damion 'Billy' Dunn of Gulf Heights, Gordon Pen, St Catherine.

Reports are that about 7:50 p.m., Dunn was along Gordon Boulevard when he was pounced upon by unknown assailants who opened fire, hitting him.

The police were summoned and he was taken to the Spanish Town Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the incident.
