Taxi operator fatally stabbed in St Ann, four arrested

The police in St Ann have arrested four persons in connection with a case in which a taxi operator was fatally stabbed during a dispute early this morning in Salem.
The deceased has been identified as 49-year-old Paul Miller of Mount Salem in Runaway Bay, St Ann.
The police report that about 2:00 a.m., Miller and another man were at a truck stop in Salem when a disagreement reportedly developed between them.
It is further reported that Miller was stabbed by the man.
The police were called, and Miller was assisted to the St Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
His alleged attacker and three others were taken into custody as part of the investigation.
The investigation continues.
